Prices are per night for 2 people
We charge €30 per day for each additional person
Children aged 2 and under stay free of charge
A cot is available for an additional charge of €25 for the entire duration of the stay
The local tourist tax is €3 per person aged 14 or over, per night, and must be paid on site

South Tyrol Guest Pass: With your personalised South Tyrol Guest Pass, valid for seven days, you can use numerous buses, regional trains and selected mountain lifts throughout South Tyrol free of charge. You will also receive discounts on combined tickets for the Alpe di Siusi cable car. Please send us a copy of your identity card or passport and we will email you your guest card.

Booking

The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit of 30% to Linda Rier’s account at Cassa Raiffeisen di Castelrotto - Ortisei (IBAN: IT 70 Z 08056 23100 000300020010) and upon express acceptance of the cancellation conditions.

Cancellation conditions

In accordance with legal provisions, there is no right of withdrawal. However, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 61 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
60 to 31 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed apartment price
30 to 15 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed apartment price
From 14 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed apartment price

In the event of late arrival, early departure or unused beds, the full apartment price will be charged.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

The fascinating mountain landscape around Castelrotto starts right outside your door. Active holidaymakers can experience the beauty of South Tyrol up close, whether they are hiking across the Alpe di Siusi, exploring the Dolomites on varied cycling routes, or enjoying leisurely walks through unspoilt nature. For a refreshing break, head to the public outdoor pool in Castelrotto or the idyllic Völser Weiher bathing lake. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy excellent conditions and spectacular scenery at the St. Vigil Seis golf course.

Skiing and panoramic views

In winter, a wide range of activities awaits you around the Residence Skutial, located in the heart of one of the most beautiful winter sports regions in the Alps. The Val Gardena/Alpe di Siusi ski area offers endless opportunities for skiing and direct access to the famous Sellaronda. Europe's largest high-altitude plateau, the Alpe di Siusi, also boasts perfectly groomed cross-country trails, idyllic winter hiking paths, and a unique, snow-covered mountain landscape. There are numerous mountain huts where you can stop for a break along the way, making every day a special experience.

Location & arrival

Quiet yet close to the village centre

The residence is located in a quiet side street away from the main road. Parking spaces are available at the residence itself, as well as in the underground garage.
The centre of Castelrotto, with its shops, cafés and restaurants, is about a five-minute walk away. The bus stop is just two minutes away on foot. From there, regular connections run to the Alpe di Siusi cable car, Bolzano, Bressanone and Ortisei in Val Gardena.
